Product Operations Lead - OnArrival

About Company: OnArrival

OnArrival is the AWS of travel—powering flights, hotels, insurance, and more via modular APIs and SDKs. We enable fintech’s, banks, and large ecosystems to launch embedded travel experiences in under 30 days. Our stack is built for scale, privacy, and plug-and-play extensibility

About the Job:

We are looking for a Product Operations Lead to streamline the way we build, ship, and scale products across OnArrival. You’ll be the connective tissue between Business, Engineering, Customer Success, and other verticals, ensuring our teams operate with clarity, speed, and consistency.

Your mandate: build repeatable systems, optimize processes, and make sure every product decision is backed by the right data, customer insights, and operational rigor. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves problem-solving across functions, and wants to influence how a product org scales.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

  • Own the product development process end-to-end (roadmap rituals, sprint alignment, release readiness).
  • Create frameworks for feature rollouts, experimentation, and product lifecycle management.
  • Define and track operational KPIs for product velocity, release quality, and adoption.

Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Act as the bridge between Engineering, Product, Design, and Customer Success.
  • Translate engineering updates into digestible, customer-facing insights for CS and Partnerships.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure feedback loops are structured and influence the roadmap.

Data & Insights

  • Set up and maintain product analytics dashboards (adoption, retention, NPS, usage patterns).
  • Ensure product teams have the right data to make decisions quickly.
  • Manage tooling (e.g., Jira, Productboard, Superset, Notion) and streamline usage across teams.

Release & Change Management

  • Drive release communications (internal release notes, CS enablement, partner updates).
  • Standardize incident and escalation communication between Eng and CS.
  • Ensure go-to-market readiness for major product launches.

Leadership & Scale

  • Build and mentor a small team of product ops specialists as the function scales.
  • Champion operational best practices across the org.
  • Work closely with leadership to shape how Product Ops evolves within OnArrival.

Qualifications:

  • 6–10 years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Product Management at a SaaS/tech company (startup or scale-up experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and release management.
  • Hands-on experience with product & project tools (Jira, Confluence, Product board, Click Up, Notion, Superset, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset; comfortable with product data and metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex updates into clear narratives for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of driving alignment in cross-functional teams.

What We Offer?

  • Opportunity to shape the Product Ops function from the ground up.
  • Work at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer-facing teams on high-impact problems.
  • A culture that values speed, ownership, and deep problem-solving.
  • Competitive compensation and growth opportunities in a scaling startup.
